My Project

I am so excited to have the opportunity to participate in the Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training with Breathe For Change! 🧘‍♀️

I've been teaching early learners for the last 10 years.

As an educator and child advocate, I am always looking for ways to improve the lives of my students and my community. I recently decided to enroll in this program to learn how to effect real change for myself, my students, my school, and my community. I am confident that this decision will benefit all parties involved. The Breathe For Change training program will provide me with the necessary skills to facilitate wellness and social-emotional learning in the classroom, as well as teach inclusive and trauma-informed yoga classes to young people. I am eager to embark on this journey and look forward to using my new skills to help my students thrive. Thank you for this opportunity.
