Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am excited to meet a new set of students this year post-pandemic. I teach on the Southwest side of Chicago where my students keep every day interesting and new. Most of them come from low-income households where what we consider everyday items may be considered luxury items. Most of my students do not have access to a computer or printer outside of school.

Having a classroom printer will bring technology fully into our class.

It will allow students to print not only their classwork but their interests as well. Please help us complete our classroom this year to make this school year the best yet and a place my students want to be.
