Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Middle schoolers need a safe space as they grow and explore their identities. Our GSA (Genders and Sexualities Alliance) is a vital shelter during that tender time.

Help them shine PROUDLY with pronoun pins, flags, and queer joy graphic novels.

We plan to create a culture of PRIDE and representation on our campus where we move beyond tolerance and space, and into becoming an environment where queer kids know they are welcomed, valued, and celebrated.

This project will include all students and teachers in our efforts to love better.
