My Project

I have an amazing group of middle school students who are eager to learn and engage in new math concepts. However, through no fault of their own, we are a Title 1 school with very limited funding for additional resources. We are an extremely diverse school, with many students speaking very limited English. The more visual and hands-on supports that we can provide, the better.

These additional math resources will allow my students hands-on learning experiences.

This will further foster their understanding of various concepts in Geometry such as the Angle Sum Triangle Theorem, Triangle Inequality Theorem, the Pythagorean Theorem, and so much more. Working with these manipulatives will open up their minds to new strategies for success.

My students deserve the best education we can give them. They are a really special group eager to learn and show the world what they can do, but we just need a little help to acquire the tools that will help us get there.
