Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
My students are eager to learn and want to succeed. Many of them do not receive much support, or have many resources at home to be very successful, so it's my job to provide that for them at school. Overall, my class is full of very visual learners who love to read and enjoy playing learning games. Many of my students have few books at home, and by providing a wide range of titles in our classroom, I can ensure that my students are able to read books of interest!
My Project
Our classroom library is currently full of fiction stories. But I've found that my students tend to bring nonfiction books back from the school library. We need to expand our classroom library to include a wide range of high-interest nonfiction stories and biographies! My students are eager to read, and I want to provide them with some new books to read!
By reading good literature, and being exposed to a variety of stories and writing styles, my students will not only become better readers, but their writing skills will also grow.
By helping our classroom library grow, you'll be investing in the future of these young children!
