My Project

My students are eager and excited to read each other’s daily and weekly stories. We need supplies to help keep them writing. They love to get creative and illustrate the stories that they have written. I think it is important for all students to realize that their words are powerful.

The students will use the materials (crayons, paper and pencils) to write stories that can teach their little buddies new concepts and inspire them to read.

We currently meet with the kindergarten class once a week to read them picture books and help them learn sight words. My students decided that it would be fun to make books for them with words and illustrations. How can a teacher say ...no to that?
