Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from diverse backgrounds and different countries. They are not reading on their grade level and these books will help them to accomplish next level reading. These books will allow them to be in small groups and to write a report about what they have read.

The Summer break challenges their ability to remember the basics of reading and writing.

New and returning students battle with basic comprehension of sight words. I chose books that help with everyday lifestyles that change the course of history and time.
