Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager and motivated to learn. However, they are all on different reading and/or cognitive levels. But they share the same interest in learning. Their eyes light up when I present new colorful activities during our sessions. Learning to decode, be fluent in reading and comprehending a text can be challenging.

That is why I am asking for engaging and colorful materials that will strengthen their phonemic awareness and also target their memory skill with sight words.

Fresh material always excites students and I have specifically chosen materials that will further support my instruction.
