This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Algebra 1 to an incredible group of students who are eager to learn but face challenges when it comes to accessing the basic supplies needed to succeed. Many of my students come from low-income households, and while their enthusiasm for learning is unwavering, they often lack the necessary tools like calculators and notebooks to fully engage with the material.

In Algebra 1, calculators are essential for helping students understand complex equations, and notebooks are crucial for them to take notes, practice problems, and track their progress.

With these resources, my students will be able to deepen their understanding, build confidence, and perform better academically.

Your generous donation will provide my students with the calculators and notebooks they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Every contribution, big or small, will make a significant difference in their learning experience. Thank you for helping my students reach their full potential!
