This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hi. My name is Paulette Monforte and I am a school counselor at The Cinema School. We know how important it is for teens to have support systems, and my goal is to encourage connection within the student community. My hope is that through these games and SEL material, students can spend time with one another playing and laughing during their lunch period and school events, establishing friendships and reducing stress. Since the pandemic, some of my students have struggled to socialize. They are recently being allowed in the field outside during lunch, so these games may help bring them together. I thank you for your time and donation.
