Help My Students Become Storytellers and Writers

Help me give my students a quality Microsoft Surface Pro laptop in order to help them better express themselves and write their stories.

My Project

I am a Special Education teacher in a school consisting of culturally and linguistically diverse students within a low socio-economic community. My special education students have been diagnosed with various exceptionalities such as Autism, speech impairments, ADHD, learning difficulties, and sensory issues.

Can you imagine the joy my students would experience seeing their stories come to life?

My students have varying levels of English proficiency and are learning to read and write effectively, but struggle to express themselves verbally, let alone in writing.

A Microsoft Surface Pro laptop that my students could exclusively use within our classroom would have a tremendous impact.

This laptop also has the ability to download numerous programs and would allow my students to utilize animation software with motion graphics, videos and slide shows to create their own stories.

And best of all, this laptop has a touch screen which will make accessing it even easier for my students!

Please make it possible for my amazing students to learn how to better express themselves and explore the wonders of technology! A laptop would give them the opportunity to grow and succeed!
