This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of the best parts of the STEM Classroom Challenges is watching my students - at all learning levels - develop confidence in themselves and become an active part of their classroom community. STEM challenges provide students with real-life experiences which allow them to make connections to learning inside the classroom and gain life skills like teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and perseverance. Learning becomes fun when they can experience it in real-life!

We will be using the materials to complete different sets of STEM Classroom Challenges such as:

- Exploring Chain Reactions

- Engineering Earthquake-Resistant Shelters

- Prototyping and Building Bee Hotels

- and many more!
