This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hello, I am so excited to teach kindergarten in the Bronx this year! Most of my students come from low-income households and receive free lunch. Kindergartners are usually so enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn. I want to help my students by providing them with the supplies needed this school year. These supplies will help my scholars succeed!

I'm hoping that these supplies will take a burden off the families. No child should have to worry if they will be able to get crayons or pencils for school. Help my kiddos activate their own natural desire to learn!

My Project

These supplies will help my students get a great start! I am hoping this will take a burden off from their parents. This group of 5-year-olds should not worry about having a notebook and pencils. I want them to come to school and have all they need to succeed.

Please help my students begin the year school year with bright faces and smiles!

My students come from low-income households and I do not want them to worry about getting basic school supplies. I have included books, crayons, and folders. I hope that this will give my students a great start to the year!
