My Students

My second-grade students love to learn! They are curious, conversational, and diverse. They range in abilities, ethnicities, and backgrounds but the one thing they have in common is their love for learning.

My students amaze me every day with their thirst for knowledge and never-ending curiosity.

They love to read and research. They love a challenge. But what they love most of all is technology! Now that we are using virtual learning they need online materials that inspire them and help them learn while away from the classroom!

My Project

Virtual learning is a challenge. My students are ready and motivated but trying to show writing quickly and easily through a computer monitor is not always effective. With the help of an Apple pencil, my iPad can become a second monitor and I will be able to print as normal and have it immediately shown to the students.

Being able to use an Apple Pencil will help my students with writing and math in many ways.

An Apple Pencil will be an essential teaching tool.

My laptop gets tired after a full day online and often overheats. A laptop stand with cooling is essential so that I can maintain a full day on online learning and still have a working device.
