My Students

I love my students! This year's class is fabulous! They are smart, hardworking, creative and all around one of the best classes I've ever had! They live in a high poverty neighborhood but they are rich in spirit that's for sure! They love literacy, are eager to read, figure out tough words, love to write, draw and just learn!

Help my children realize they are writers!

They are always coming up with imaginative, clever, original ideas on subjects to write about. My student's ask ME if they can write in a journal! I always say yes of course.

My Project

These materials will motivate them to becoming wonderful authors and writers! They are already showing the desire to write better and communicate their ideas to one other, these helpful tools will push them beyond what they think they are capable of! I am excited to see what they can do!

I am also super excited because the students I have now, in second grade, will be the same students I have next year, in third grade!

I will be able to keep the momentum going and going for another year! And no need to stop over the summer!

These writing tools will impress their parents, friends and relatives when their writing becomes award winning! Help motivate them!
