This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Rewarding students who stay on task is beneficial. It helps me to reinforce positive behavior and encourages students to continue focusing on their work while in class. When students receive recognition for staying on task, they are more likely to repeat this behavior in the future, creating a more productive and disciplined learning environment. This has been my experience so far. Rewarding students with snacks and stickers who stay on task promotes a positive learning atmosphere, enhances motivation, builds self-esteem, and helps cultivate a culture of respect and responsibility. This is the reason this project is very important to me.
