My Project

I am requesting some supplies due to lack of supplies and funding from my school.

I teach four-grade seven classes; two are ICT/ELLS, one is self contained, and the other is general education.

Some students do not live in permanent housing and have been provided supplies from myself or my partner.

I use technology daily and will be using a new math program which will be interactive. Because many students are deficient in reading fluency, they require the use of audio text for comprehension. Having 20 plus students use computers with volume on has become more of a distraction. So, I am asking for a class set of headphones to help reduce noise and allow students better focus.

As far as the additional items, I am asking for personal help due to the fact that I come out of pocket often to help create lessons and a classroom students feel safe and comfortable. Organization helps eliminate clutter and creates less distractions for some students that already struggle to remain attentive.

The supplies requested will help tremendously with organization of paper resources handed out to students. The TPT gift card will be handy for all the additional interactive lessons and assignments purchased to provide my students with differentiated work to meet their needs. I also am requesting additional math posters because the school has not provided me with posters and I have spent my own money to get the ones I currently have.

I also added candy because I love to reward students that help me on the classroom and do well on assignments. We also play Kahoot or Blooket often to drive student interest and the candy is a good incentive.

I would greatly appreciate any donation to help provide the best environment and lessons to my students.
