My Project

I am a veteran 7th and 10th grade World History teacher, but also Academic Decathlon & Academic Pentathlon coach. Most of our students are on free and/or reduced-price lunches. I want to do my best to show students how much their work means to me as a teacher and as their coach.

I want to support my students by giving them replacement supplies this year to encourage them to always try their best.

Thank you in advance for your help with this project. Some of our classroom supplies need replacement, especially the mini-fans that plug into their Chromebooks and students use when the classroom AC gets overheated. I have many 7th grade students right after PE and they can be literally dripping with sweat. They also love to play sports before school, and during nutrition and lunch. They line up early to my class in order to secure one of my 5 remaining mini-fans. We also need to replace some history DVDs from getting scratched and my classroom library Hunger Games books that were not returned.
