My Project

Art is a great way for children to express themselves. Creating art projects also helps children develop fine motor skills, and helps them overcome sensitivities to textures that they may have by touching such things as dough and getting their hands dirty in general.

The items I chose will help foster their love of art while helping them to explore new ways of creating, all while helping develop their fine motor skills.

Students in 3K need help developing the muscles in their fingers in hands that will later be used to properly hold a pencil and pen when they begin writing in Pre-K and kindergarten.
