This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello!

Due to wear and tear (as well as one too many bathroom accidents), I am in need of a classroom rug as well as a couple lamps in order to make the room more inviting for the kids!

Students love having lamps on instead of the big lights, but the cheap lamps I bought from the thrift store aren't nearly bright enough for them to read and do their work.

I don't have a place for students to sit as a class and create community and have important classroom discussions, having a classroom rug would be amazing for myself and these students!

These students deserve a nice classroom, and this would go a long way!
