Help Me Bring Color to the Art Room!

Help me give my students access to a colored printer & copy machine for the art classroom.

My Project

Having a dedicated color printer in the art room would allow us to print student reference images, eliminating the need for phone use in class. I want my students to have the freedom to create their own unique art pieces without having to rely on their phones or other devices to help them find inspiration & images to look at while they work.

Having a reliable printer that can print & make copies in color allow me to provide students with higher quality learning tools.

Right now our copies are coming out blurry with little to no difference in the shades of black making it difficult for students to see the detail in the learning materials provided for them.

In addition, I want to plan future events where students are able to distribute copies of their artwork. For example, I have a large number of students interested in making comic books & I would love for them to be able to make copies of their original work to share with other students in a school wide “Comic Con.” I would also love to be able to have students print copies of their art to use as stickers that they can decorate with or give out to friends. All of this would be possible with the items from my DonorsChoose project. Your generous contribution will directly enhance the learning experience and provide valuable resources for our students.
