My Project

Help us spark students’ interest in Spanish with Virtual Reality. We are so excited to create inspiring and engaging experiences that help students immerse themselves in Spanish-speaking cultures.

Students can visit famous destinations like Machu Picchu, the Galapagos Islands, and La Sagrada Familia.

Truly, the options are endless. The system comes with several VR experiences, but YouTube has a large amount of VR-compatible videos. Many highlight countries all over the Spanish-speaking world.

Our goal is to allow them to experience other cultures and to practice problem-solving in the target language. For example, after a virtual visit, students can discuss, compare, and contrast, and problem-solve a community’s environmental challenges with each other or even virtual Spanish-speaking AI. Also, students can create “eye-spy” games or even create virtual treasure hunts all using the target languages.
