Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These tools will encourage students to take ownership of their work and further develop independence in their process in learning. My goal is to create a kind of learning environment where students have the tools they need to succeed in making sure they can share their amazing ideas and express them in ways that excite them. The diversity in our students' thinking and ways of expression reflects the diversity in the tools that will help students, whether it in our writing, reading, or producing our best work in any content.

Students will be able to explore what best works for them with protective headphones to help us hone in on our work, headphones to help us plug in (listening to stories and articles), and voice recorders to help document our at-times fleeting thoughts for planning and revision in our writing.
