My Students

With all the technology now available I would like to give my students a great learning experience. I would like to make my lessons as interactive and "real" life as possible. "Learning is an active process. We learn by doing. Only knowledge that is used sticks in your mind." ~Dale Carnnegie

My students are wonderful children who love to be active learners.

My school is a large community in a struggling city. We have been cut to the bear minimum when it come to funding what is needed. My students deserve better! I along with many of my colleagues spend our own money to ensure sour students get the best education possible.

My Project

These materials will help greatly this year. We are unsure what money will be available for supplies this year. I would be able to use these resources to have interactive lesson my students will enjoy. I have never had a SmartBoard in my classroom this will be new for me this year. I would use these books to give me a tutorial of the resources I could bring in my classroom. My students would use the magazine to learn about real life things in science and all around the world.

Please help my students.

I would love for them to see that their are still people who care about seeing that they get the best education even if their own school district seems to fall short!
