My Students

My students are super special to me. They live in one of the poorest places in the world, but they don't know it because they are rich in the spirit of learning. They love to discover new things! They come to school with a smile on their faces, which would make you smile too. They are ready to start each day and learn something new.

I love to see them discover something, that light just switches on and an even bigger smile just comes across their faces when they realize how good it feels to know something they didn't know before.

Once that switch of understanding flicks on, there is no stopping them. Such excitement in our classroom! They love coming to school every day!

My Project

These laptops will help my students remain connected from home to school. All of our school laptops were given out to students to use at home, so now my classroom has none! I would love to show them how to complete assignments, conduct research, create writing pieces, and even create their own projects.

My students will need to learn HOW TO DO IT in the classroom, to take that knowledge home to use the laptops they were given from school.

My students are having trouble with just the basics because I am not there with them at home to show them how to get where and how to complete a project or just a simple assignment.

The students will be returning to our building in November, so I would love to help them figure out exactly HOW to do these basic things that they are having trouble with. I have complete confidence in them to learn and go much further than they ever have before!
