This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of the students I teach come from disadvantaged backgrounds. They all qualify for free lunch. It is quite rare for a student of mine to have any musical training. That being said, they often are delighted to see and hear the sound of a piano! It is a joy to see their faces light up when they play a melody or musical passage!
