Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Donating supplies such as snacks, hygiene items, printer paper, disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray, and dry erase markers can significantly enhance the learning environment for my students in several ways. Many students come to school hungry, which can affect their ability to focus and learn effectively. Providing snacks ensures that they have the energy they need to concentrate on their studies. Basic hygiene items like hand sanitizer, tissues, and personal care products promote good health practices among students. This not only reduces absenteeism due to illness but also fosters a clean and comfortable classroom environment. Donated printer paper helps ensure that students have the necessary materials to complete assignments and participate fully in classroom activities. Dry erase markers enable students to actively engage in lessons, collaborate with peers, and visualize concepts, enhancing their learning experience. By donating these supplies, you would directly contribute to the educational success and overall well-being of my students. Your generosity would help create a supportive and conducive classroom environment where students can focus on learning and thrive academically and socially. My goals is that these may be donated to my students and I , so that we can have a successful year where my students will feel supported and encouraged throughout this school year. y students are special because each one brings a unique perspective, curiosity, and potential to our classroom. Their diversity enriches our learning environment, fostering creativity, collaboration, and empathy among peers.
