About My Students

A group of students that fully devote themselves to high school and extra curricular activities . Ryan, Stephen, Lloyd, Sami, William, Nick, Jayvon, Justin, Emiliano, Gabriel, Wilson, Dennis, Saurob, Kristopher. I'm proud to say that I teach these students. I've seen my students since the 9th grade and they have improved tremendously from middle school, maturity, professionalism, and time management. These students deserve every possibility and opportunity they can possibly acquire. If I had a choice of these students or a high paying job, I'd choose teaching.

I think a good way to learn about the test is to take sample questions and then analyze why we got an answer wrong so that we can get it right next time. Plus, I think a lot of my classmates are super nervous about the test. By taking practice tests, they will be able to go into the exam with a feeling that they can do this because they have done similar before. Thank you for taking the time to consider helping us!

In Their Own Words

I'd like to start offering some tutoring for my peers at my school to help them get ready for the SATs this year. How high I score on the SAT will be a big factor. Most of my peers come from families that have never gone to college. They are really smart, but they are getting so much information and are so distracted by other things.

I am going to start tutoring them so that they can do well when they take the SATs later this year. I plan to get about 14 students and meet with them during study hall and go over exam questions. I would be able to help 14 kids to succeed, and that is an honor.

This project is important not just to me but our class because most of the kids in our advisory have financial problems and to highly score on the SAT's gives them the opportunity and chance to get scholarships. This is what school is about, helping each other succeed. Thank you.
