This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting with help my ELD and IEP scholars feel welcomed and safe in my classroom. Attending school as a newcomer, or with a learning disability can be intimidating. With these resources I can provide flexible seating, fidgets, and journals for my scholars to journal daily. My scholars are special because they put in effort and create a space where all learning is welcomed. It is important to provide essential resources for the best learning outcome. I would be thrilled to have my classroom set up for success.
