My Project

Help me give my students an amazing start to the school year by providing them with a specially designed calm-down space just for them. This dedicated area will be thoughtfully created to be child-centered and calming, addressing their essential needs in a nurturing environment.

To make this calm-down corner an oasis, I'm requesting a couch, fidget toys, books, snacks, and hygiene products.

I want to create a space that will support my students' basic needs, including sleep, food, hygiene, and emotional safety. By creating a welcoming and supportive environment, we can help students feel secure and ready to thrive in their learning journey. Your support will make a meaningful difference in their well-being and success.

I plan to design the space to be welcoming and tailored to the needs and preferences of ALL students. I want to include a couch and a soft seating rug to offer a relaxing area for rest and reflection. I want to supply fidget toys and other sensory items to help students their manage stress and anxiety. I also want to provide snacks, hygiene products, and other essentials to address my students’ fundamental needs.

I need your help to create a space to foster a sense of security, emotional well-being and a space where students can calm down and regain focus when feeling overwhelmed.

My students are special because they are the future!
