Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Approximately half of my class consists of English Language Learners and students with IEPs, many of who are determined to be speech and language impaired. A color printer and toner will help provide students with colorful images to build their vocabulary and word knowledge and support students with visual details and understanding.

Research shows that using colored lessons, handouts, and projects can increase engagement, attention span, and comprehension.

Delivering materials in color will engage all learners and promote creativity among students. Having a color printer will benefit all our students.
