My Students

I teach eight students in person in a self-contained 3-4 bridge class. I also teach three students remotely. Given budget cuts this year, we were not given any money for supplies, forcing us to use our own money to buy supplies for our classroom.

My Project

The use of whiteboards is a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Using the workshop model in math, students sit at their desks with whiteboards for guided practice and to record modeled strategies. By having an easel this size, all of my students will be able to see the board. I'm able to move closer to a specific student if they need more attention.
