My Students

Art is needed in many schools and students need to appreciate all the great painters. They need to work with different materials like, clay, paint and paper. We need the supplies to teach them, please help me supply my students with art.

I teach in a Public School in New York City.

The City is filled with museums with works of art. I would like to teach the children the different techniques used in art. For some students this may be the only exposure they get. Please help them learn about art and artists.

My Project

I am asking for clay to make pots to go with the study of the American Indians. I am also looking for paint brushes and butcher paper for them to work on. I also need scissors for the students to use in class. I will be able to do great things with some basic supplies.

Our world is full of color and art can be interpreted in many ways.

All students learn differently and the all deserve to work in their best area. If art is that subject many of my students may not be able to achieve.
