My Project

These items will help the learners in between lunchtime and learning. Many times learners are handicapped by hunger. They have not eaten breakfast at home and arrived just in time for the start of school. These snacks will be used to tide the learners over until it is lunch time.

While teaching, the learners could grab a snack and continue to learn, feeling somewhat full until lunch time comes around.

Proper nutrition is critical for cognitive function, focus, and overall academic performance. When students attend school on an empty stomach, they are more likely to experience fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and lower engagement levels. A well-balanced meal, particularly breakfast, helps stabilize blood sugar levels, providing sustained energy that enhances memory retention, problem-solving skills, and attention span.
