My Project

Hello! I teach second grade. I teach in an inclusive special education classroom. There are 15 incredible students who work hard and are willing to learn. As I’m sure like all other classrooms across America, my students all have special learning needs and perform at different levels in the classroom. This becomes incredibly hard for independent work during small group rotations.

My main need is to have headphones for each of my students so they can get the best differentiated instruction possible and an organizer to keep the headphones organized.

Some of my students need more support than others. Having these headphones can give each student the ability to get personalized instruction to meet them where they are at. Programs that we use in the class are iReady, Splash Learn, BrainPopJr., Zearn, and XtraMath.

I want my students to become as successful as possible and that starts with resources. These resources will help support each student in the classroom. There are 15 students and one of me. Having these headphones will help learning opportunities reach them all at once.
