My Project

I teach 2nd grade at a very rural, low income school. We have some amazing students! Currently, we do not have many resources to focus on writing. This is one area that I would love to improve on with my students. I want them to become better writers throughout the year. With your help, you can help me make that happen! At Lakeshore, they have writing prompt notebooks that my students can use. It gives them a writing prompt to get them started. It also gives them a place to draw a picture to go with their story. My students would really enjoy being creative with these books!
