This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a great group of students who love to learn collaboratively. Their energetic and inquisitive minds is contagious.

My inquisitive group of students are ready for the 21st Century lesson delivery and creating/interactive learning which will enhance their leaning and expand their horizons.

I love when my students want to learn more by asking questions and trying new skills each day. Every day they work very hard in achieving their goals. I want to give my students the best learning opportunities available and prepare them for today's digital future

My Project

All of our students are very creative and want to learn to play a musical instrument. We frequently have discussions of how great it would be will be to play a piano in class.

The digital piano will provide my students the opportunity to learn to play it in the classroom and build their self-esteem.

This helps them with the basic idea of steady beat in the songs and music they hear.

Headphones are great for the kids because they can practice on their own. As they progress, they will be able to do team and independent work to build musicianship and to be able to practice socialization.

We will be able to take it with us when we travel to perform for our schoolmates.

The piano will play many roles in the program for the students. First and foremost, it will give all students a chance to play the piano in class. They will practice collaboration and socialization with their peers. Their self-esteem will improve. They can control the volume while they play, use headphones to block out other noises, and continue to practice without the other distractions.

It will be magical to hear students' musical creations while they learn to play digital piano.
