My Project

Snacks, popcorn, chips and crackers, can be an excellent way to refuel and recover after a workout, especially for athletes. After exercising, your body needs to replenish its energy stores and repair muscle tissue. Snacks that contain a combination of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats can help with this process. My goal is to help my athletes compete at a high level in practice and competition.

My goal is to give my athletes all the snacks they need to be successful on the track in the classroom and in life.

What makes my students/athletes special is their dedication and hard work even though the odds are against them. My students continue to move forward dealing with all the violence and senseless murders of their peers in the city of Philadelphia. That's what makes my students/athletes special!
