Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The snacks will help ease food insecurities, allowing students to focus on learning without hunger distractions. Mental health books will provide tools to manage emotions and build resilience. The parachute will encourage teamwork, physical activity, and joy—reminding students that play is essential for growth.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where students' basic needs are met so they can thrive academically and socially.

My students are curious, compassionate, and resilient—many overcoming daily challenges while still showing up eager to learn and connect. They deserve every opportunity to succeed and simply be kids.
