Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goals of my project are:

To raise awareness about the importance of hygiene among high school students.

To educate students on proper hygiene practices and their impact on health and social well-being.

To create a long-lasting culture of cleanliness and self-care within the school community.

Increased Awareness: Students will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of personal hygiene and how it impacts their health and relationships.

Improved Hygiene Practices: By distributing hygiene kits and providing resources, students will have the tools they need to practice better hygiene habits.

Positive School Culture: The project will contribute to a cleaner, healthier school environment, promoting respect and kindness among peers.

I plan to send out follow-up surveys 1-2 months later to see if students have maintained improved hygiene habits and if the school has noticed any changes. This project will not only educate students about hygiene, but also give them the tools and support to incorporate better hygiene habits into their daily lives.
