My Project

I am a reading teacher and interventionist in a wonderful school in Wisconsin. My students are exceptional, and I love going to school every day to see the sparkle in my students' eyes. I also get to connect with students of various ages during and after school. I truly have the most special job in the world and treasure every day with my students! My students love to read and explore many different topics. They are curious and love to learn! My students are amazing!

My students are working toward some super special goals, and we have been reading about unique things to eat, so this will provide some fun and interesting little treats.

I want to provide my students with a little, unique type of snack while reading. They will get to try chickpeas, chicharones, seaweed and other unique items just for a little bit of motivation and to give them a little snack. I want to expose them to some different healthy treats. These will be used as a little taste, of something special. We are also growing some veggies that can be used on crackers, so this will provide a fun experience for them and give them ideas about what they can fill their hungry bellies with. It is nice to have some small snacks on hand for special opportunities. Thank you for your support.
