My Project

This multi-station gym equipment will allow us to teach our students how to maintain their physical health for a life time. We are too small to have team sports and they are difficult to continue to participate in in adult life.

Weight lifting and cardio can provide them with this ability and an outlet for their energy.

Due to our small size PE class is not always engaging since we don't have enough students to participate in many team sports. Weight lifting is an individual challenge that they can each engage in with nothing more than a partner.

Our students have no access to a movie theatre, a park, a sports field, roller skating, art teachers, or enrichment activities of any kind.

We are located in a remote, mining town 80 miles from the closest grocery store. The only business in town in the bar. This project can provide our students with a lifetime health habit that they can continue into old age.

This equipment would provide them with a tool to engage them and help improve their physical health. Please consider helping us to help them.
