This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
More than 90% of my students come from low socioeconomic families. They don't let this stop their desire to want to learn.
My students are creative.
They love to construct innovative projects. The ink for our Publishing Center will help them feel good about their work because it can now be posted around the class more often.
Additionally, during the winter months, the students are beginning to get sick. To help with that, our class needs facial tissue, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial wipes to ensure our shared spaces are free of germs as much as possible to avoid the students becoming sick and having to miss school.
