This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Breakfast is crucial for special needs students because it provides essential nutrients and energy to support cognitive function, improve focus, and regulate emotions, ultimately enhancing their ability to learn and participate in the classroom. School breakfast/snack programs can play a vital role in ensuring that all students, including those with special needs, have access to nutritious meals and can thrive academically. Kids, like adults, may have a hard time getting up in the morning, and as a parent, you may find it difficult to get your children to eat breakfast in the morning. While it may seem like eating breakfast is not the biggest battle to choose, making sure your kids get their morning started with a healthy breakfast is important.
