My Project

Having up to date books on puberty and sexual health will make a huge difference in my students learning by providing them with accurate, age appropriate and inclusive information. Adolescence is a time of rapid physical and emotional changes and many students have questions that they may feel uncomfortable asking. With access to well researched, current books they can learn about their bodies, hygiene, relationships, and emotional well being in a safe and informative way.

Many of the health books currently available are outdated and fail to address modern concerns such as digital safety, mental health and inclusive discussions on puberty for all students.

Providing new resources ensures that students receive medically accurate information that aligns with current health guidelines. These books will help students develop a positive self image, understand the importance of consent, and navigate social pressures with confidence.

By incorporating these books into our curriculum, we can foster open and educational discussions, empowering students to make informed choices about their health. When students have access to relevant and engaging materials they are more likely to take ownership of their well being and develop lifelong healthy habits. Your support will directly impact their growth and confidence during this important stage of life.
