These students need all the materials they can get to make learning more hands-on. I teach Special Education students. Students range in ages from 5-9, and there is no grade level. The school is still pretty new, so supplies are limited. Due to the economy, money for supplies is not very available.

We have limited supplies at this site of the school. My students do much better learning through hands-on activities. While teaching health and sensory, having these materials will make learning more enjoyable and easier for the students.

I need various art supplies for my students. Items include glue, paint, specialized paintbrushes, finger-paint paper, etc. I also requested a kaleidoscope project to explore the sense of sight, as well as scented dough and dough accessories to explore the senses of touch and smell. Hands-on activities are the easiest way for my students to learn. Having difficulty with retaining and focusing on the lesson being taught, anything that can be done to aid the students would be hugely beneficial.

Your help will ensure that my students get the best education, the education that they deserve and are entitled to. Your donation of these much needed supplies will ensure that the students receive the assistance they need.
