My Students

My students are very enthusiastic about school. They enjoy learning new things in different ways. They love using different equipment that is engaging to learn new concepts in all subject areas.

They are energetic and enthusiastic, second language learners from a low-income community.

Many of them only have access to quality hands on education resources that target the standards for their grade level at school.

They love songs, stories, physical activities, and art, as well as games that help them make sense of new learning. They appreciate being part of a community that shows they are cared for.

My Project

Students will enjoy having a variety of equipment to engage in physical activities guided by the teacher. They will learn many basic skills to help them be active and healthy.

Students will engage in fun and engaging games using a parachute, a variety of balls, and other equipment.

They will be motivated to participate in physical exercise in a daily basis at school and at home as they learn different skills in physical education.

Students will participate in cooperative, team building activities with their peers using a variety of age appropriate equipment. They will learn and engage in healthy physical activity.
