Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During the school day meals are served, but when they go home and a meal isn't always readily available, what do our families do then? Here is where your generous charitable donations come in!

Each year we set out on a journey to provide healthier food choices for our students to have at home on the weekends and we could surely use your help in keeping up with the needs and demands of these essential food items that will come in handy.

Many of our families are in Temporary housing situations and cooking is not always at their disposal so we want to continue to bring foods we know can be ready to eat in minutes. Our families would not have to worry about where their child's next meal will come from. Our little ones will enjoy them and we owe it all to you!

We started the GRAB & GO Weekly "Weekend Food Bag Program" to ensure our Preschoolers have food no matter where they are. We have found that many of our families have come to depend on this program that we created ; We want to ensure our students have physical, social and academic success through healthier food choices ... and we could surely use your helping hands!

Remember, EVERY DONATION COUNTS and we are always grateful for any contributions to KEEP OUR PROGRAM ALIVE!
