My Project

The things I love most about teaching my students about hygiene is seeing them develop healthy habits that will benefit them for a lifetime. Teaching them the importance of proper hygiene—like handwashing, personal care, and staying active—helps boost their confidence, prevent illness, and create a positive learning environment. Having a well-stocked equipment cart and updated gym items will make a huge difference in reinforcing these lessons. With the right resources, my students can engage in hands-on activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and self-care, making health and P.E. both fun and impactful!
