My Students

Our school is an amazing place full of incredibly talented students. We are a performing arts based school, which supports our students in pursuing their creative endeavors. We have dancers, singers, musicians and even actors and actresses from every walk of life. The guiding principles of character and leadership are ever present in my students. To say I have both compassionate and motivated students would be an understatement.

My Project

We are trying to build our fitness program with equipment that will enable our students to attain their fitness goals. Bodyweight or plyometric workouts are amazing, but we also want to offer machine based workouts with mechanical resistance. In addition to mechanical resistance workouts, we want to incorporate limited weight training to help build total body strength. Lastly, balance is a fundamental component to any fitness goal. We want to establish a balance component to our fitness program to insure students are staying safe as well as maximizing their full capability.
